With all of the changes in so many different ways, this is truly a reset. And since it’s being driven by the marketplace, not the operators, it’s really almost the opposite of a revolution. It’s a complete disruption to the marketplace as we know it.

So when you take a look at the marketplace, demographically, there might be some shifts that happen in the first wave of customers, the second wave, and then the third wave. So I want you to consider that as you go about doing business, but no matter, capacity is also going to change.
Spacing is going to exist. Whether it’s between machines, seats, cables, and more, everything is going to change, but change means opportunity, so don’t resist. You need to have a plan and that’s exactly why I designed this course.
